Section 17: Appeals

The Karnataka Innovation Authority Ordinance, 2019State Ordinance of Karnataka · No. 7 of 2020

(1) Any person aggrieved by the order of the sandbox operator may appeal to the authority within 30 days from the date of such order.

(2) The authority may consider the appeal and dispose it after giving an opportunity of being heard to the applicant and may make suitable orders in this regard and order of the authority shall be final.
