Notwithstanding anything contained in this Ordinance , the Authority, or the Sandbox Operator, as the case may be, shall maintain the confidentiality of such information disclosed by the Applicant or the Participant, including commercial confidence, trade secrets or intellectual property, the disclosure of which would harm the competitive position of any applicant or participant in the Regulatory Sandbox.
