Section 27: Power to removal of difficulties

The Karnataka Innovation Authority Ordinance, 2019State Ordinance of Karnataka · No. 7 of 2020

(1) If a difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Ordinance , the State Government may by notification, make such provisions not inconsistent with the provisions of this Ordinance , as appear to it to be necessary or expedient for removing the difficulty

Provided that, no such notification shall be issued after the expiry of two years from the date of commencement of this Ordinance .

(2) Every order issued under Sub-section (1) shall be laid before each house of the State Legislature.
