Section 30: Power to make regulations

The Karnataka Innovation Authority Ordinance, 2019State Ordinance of Karnataka · No. 7 of 2020

The Authority may subject to the provisions of this Ordinance and the rules made under section 29 and with the previous sanction of the State Government, by notification make regulations to carry out the purposes of this Ordinance .
