Section 3: Essentiality of Permit

The Karnataka Installation of new Telecommunication Infrastructure Tower Regulations, 2019.State Regulations of Karnataka · 1963

No person shall erect or re-erect any non-Governmental telecommunication infrastructure tower or telecommunication pole structures or accessory rooms or make alteration or cause the same to be done without obtaining a separate permission for each such tower or telecommunication pole structures from the Sanctioning Authority.
