In the said rules, in FORM 14, under the heading ‘Conditions’ after serial Number 7, the following shall be inserted, namely:- “8. After an application has been sanctioned, the No Objection Certificate as obtained from the Irrigation Officer shall be submitted by the applicant to the concerned authorities of the ESCOMS for drawl of water to the irrigation work.” 4
