Section 27: Constitution and functions of Faculties

J.s.s. Science and Technology University Act, 2013State Act of Karnataka · Act 43 of 2013

(1) The University shall have the Faculties of Languages, Sciences, Fine-Arts, Social Sciences, and such other Faculties as may be prescribed by the statutes.

(2) The constitution and functions of the faculties shall in all other respects, be such as may be prescribed.

(3) Each Faculty shall comprise such departments of teaching as are specified in the first statutes.
