Section 31: Board of Studies

The Karnataka Janapada Vishwavidyalaya Ordinance, 2011State Ordinance of Karnataka · No. 11 of 2012

(1) There shall be a Board of Studies for every subject or group of subjects as may be prescribed by the Ordinances.

(2) Without prejudice to the provisions of sub-section (1) the constitution, functions and powers of the Board of Studies shall be as prescribed by the Statutes.
