Section 9: Determination of medical charges

The Karnataka Judicial Officers (Medical Attendance) Rules, 2009State Rules of Karnataka · 1990

Charges for service rendered in connection with, but not included in medical attendance or treatment of a patient entitled free of charge to medical attendance or trealment under these rules, shall be determined by the authorized medical attendant and paid by he patient.
