Section 1: Title, commencement and application

(1) These rules may be called the Karnataka Judicial Service (Annual Confidential Record) Rules, 2022.

(2) They shall come into force from the date of their final publication in the official Gazette.

(3) They shall apply to all the members of the Karnataka Judicial Service.
