Section 1: Short title and commencement

The Kannada Development Authority Act, 1994State Act of Karnataka · Act 28 of 1994

(1) This Act may be called the Kannada Development Authority Act, 1994.

(2) It shall come into force on such 1[date]1 as the State Government may, by notification, appoint.
