Section 16: Officers made responsible to carryout the objectives of the Authority

The Kannada Development Authority Act, 1994State Act of Karnataka · Act 28 of 1994

(1) The Chief Secretary at the State level, the Divisional Commissioner at Divisional level, the Deputy Commissioner at District level, the Assistant Commissioner at the Subdivisional level and the Tahsildar at the Taluk level shall be responsible to carryout the objectives of the Authority.

(2) The State Government may by notification specify officer responsible for implementation of the different projects and programmes of the Authority and different class of officers may be specified for different departments.
