Section 27: Power of Authority to make regulations

The Kannada Development Authority Act, 1994State Act of Karnataka · Act 28 of 1994

The Authority may subject to the provisions of this Act and the rules made under section 26 and with the previous sanction of the State Government, by notification, make regulations to carry-out the purposes of this Act.
