Section 28: Protection of action taken in good faith

The Kannada Language Comprehensive Development Act, 2022State Act of Karnataka · Act 13 of 2023

No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the State Government or the Local Authority or any Officer of the Government in respect of anything which is done in good faith or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act and any Rules or Orders made there under.
