Section 30: Transitory provisions

The Kannada Language Comprehensive Development Act, 2022State Act of Karnataka · Act 13 of 2023

All rules, orders, notifications issued on the matters specified in this Act by the State Government before the commencement of this Act shall be valid and deemed to have been done or issued under the provisions of this Act and they shall continue until it is modified or withdrawn under this Act.
