Section 14: Appointment of the Chief Executive

The Karnataka Krishna Basin Development Authority Act, 1992State Act of Karnataka · Act 12 of 1996

(1) The State Government shall appoint an Officer who shall be the Chief Executive and Administrative Officer for the Authority.

(2) The Chief Executive shall receive monthly salary and other allowances as the Authority may from time to time determine.

(3) The Chief Executive shall have all the powers of a Secretary to the Government.
