Section 24: Application of provisions of C.P.C

The Karnataka Land Grabbing Prohibition (Special Court) Regulations, 2017State Regulations of Karnataka · 2014

In matters not provided for in these regulations, the Special Court may in its discretion apply the provisions of Civil Rules of Practice and Criminal Rules of Practice, Mutatis Mutandis in so far as they are not inconsistent with the Act and the rules or regulations made there under.
