The provisons of Karnataka Court Fees and Suits Valuation Act, 1958 (Karnataka Act 38 of 2014) shall mutatis mutandis apply to the applications where the claim is made by a person before the Special Court relating to the lands under clause (d) of section 2 of the Act.
