(i) ²Ã¶ðPÉAiÀÄ°è "PÀ«ÄÃµÀ£Àgï" JA§ ¥ÀzÀUÀ½UÉ "¥ÁæzÉÃ²PÀ PÀ«ÄÃµÀ£Àgï" JA§ ¥ÀzÀUÀ¼À£ÀÄß ¥ÀæwAiÉÆÃf¸ÀvÀPÀÌzÀÄÝ;

(ii) (1)£ÉÃ G¥À-¥ÀæPÀgÀtzÀ°è, "PÀ«ÄÃµÀ£Àgï" JA§ ¥ÀzÀPÉÌ CzÀÄ PÀAqÀÄ§gÀÄªÀ JgÀqÀÆ ¸ÀÜ¼ÀUÀ¼À°è, "¥ÁæzÉÃ²PÀ PÀ«ÄÃµÀ£Àgï" JA§ ¥ÀzÀUÀ¼À£ÀÄß ¥ÀæwAiÉÆÃf¸ÀvÀPÀÌzÀÄÝ;
