Section 4: Amendment of the Mysore (Religious and Charitable) Inams Abolition Act, 1955 (Mysore Act 18 of 1955)

The Karnataka Land Revenue and Certain other laws (Amendment) Ordinance, 2006.State Ordinance of Karnataka · No. 12 of 1964

In the Mysore (Religious and Charitable) Inams Abolition Act, 1955 (Karnataka Act 18 of 1955),- in section 28A, for the words “Divisional Commissioner” the words “Regional Commissioner” shall be substituted;

in section 28B, for the words “Divisional Commissioner” the words “Regional Commissioner” shall be substituted.
