NOTIFICATION-II In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 23 of the Karnataka Lifts, Escalators and Passenger Conveyors Act, 2012 (Karnataka Act 9 of 2013), the Government of Karnataka hereby makes the following rules to amend the Karnataka Lifts, Escalators and Passenger Conveyors Rules, 2015, namely: RULES
1. Title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called Karnataka Lifts, Escalators and Passenger Conveyors (Amendment) Rules, 2025. 458 , 30 2025 ¨sÁUÀ 4J
(2) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the official Gazette.
2. Amendment of Annexure-4.- (1) In the Karnataka Lifts, Escalators and Passenger Conveyors Rules, 2015, for Annexure-4 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:- “Annexure-4 Fees to be remitted for different purposes under the Karnataka Lift/Escalator/Passenger Conveyors Rules 2015.
