Section 29: Enquiry before seizure

Before seizing a bull, under clause

(a) subsection (2) of Section 13, the Licensing Officer shall make a summary enquiry as to the ownership of the bull by a committee consisting of Village Accountant and such other residents of the village not exceeding three in number as may be appointed by the Licensing Officer in this behalf.
