Section 1: Short title and commencement

The Karnataka Lokayukta Act, 1984State Act of Karnataka · Act 4 of 1985

(1) This Act may be called the Karnataka Lokayukta Act,

1984.

(2) It shall come into force on such 1[date]1 as the State Government may, by notification, appoint.
