Section 9: Changes in the Certificate of Registration

The Karnataka Marine Fishing (Regulation) Rules, 1987State Rules of Karnataka · 1986

(1) If the particular mentioned in the Certificate of Registration are required to be changed the owner of the Fishing vessel, shall apply to the authorised officer in Form VII to make the necessary changes in the Certificate of Registration.

(2) On receipt of the application, the authorised Officer shall, after making such enquiries as he deems necessary, effect necessary changes in the certificate of registration by affixing his Signature and Official Seal with date of such change. The changes made shall be entered in the Register maintained in Form VI.
