Section 1: Short title and application

The Karnataka Ministers 1 Minister of state and a Deputy Ministers1 Medical Attendance Rules, 1958.State Rules of Karnataka · 1957

(1) These rules may be called the Karnataka Ministers 1[ Minister of state and a Deputy Ministers]1 Medical Attendance Rules, 1958.

(2) They shall come into force with effect from 12th August, 1958. All claims relating to the Medical Attendance of ministers/Deputy Ministers which have not been already disposed of shall be governed by these rules and cases already disposed of shall not be re-opened.
