Section 19: Direction by the Government to the Board

The Karnataka Motor Transport and Other Allied Workers Social Secruity and Welfare Act, 2024State Act of Karnataka · Act 13 of 2024

(1) The Government may give directions to the board as in its opinion are necessary or expedient in connection with the reappropriation of funds and expenditure from the fund or for carrying out the other purposes of the Act.

(2) It shall be the duty of the board to comply with such directions.
