Section 20: Amendment of section 373

The Karnataka Municipal Corporations (Amendment) Ordinance, 2003.State Ordinance of Karnataka · No. 14 of 1977

In section 373 of the principal Act,- In section 353 of the principal Act, in sub-section (6), for the words "end of the year" the words "end of the fifth year" shall be substituted.]1
