Section 2: Amendment of rule 6

The Karnataka Municipal Corporations (Amendment) Rules, 2011.State Rules of Karnataka · 1977

In rule 6 of the Karnataka Municipal Corporations Rules 1977 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules), in sub rule

(1).-

(i) in clause (i) for the words and figures “not exceed 300 lakhs” the words and figures “not exceed 50 lakhs”, shall be substituted.

(ii) in clause (ii) for the words and figures “Rupees 300 lakhs, but not exceed Rupees 400 lakhs” the words and figures “exceeding Rupees 50 lakhs, but not exceeding Rupees 200 lakhs,” shall be substituted.

(iii) In clause (iii) for the words and figures “Rupees 400 lakhs but does not exceed Rupees 500 lakhs” the words and figures “exceeding to Rupees 200 lakhs but not exceeding Rupees 500 lakhs” shall be substituted.
