No person shall organise an event or gathering of more than one hundred Persons at any licensed or unlicensed place without intimating ULB in plain paper application at least three working days in advance. Such Person shall ensure segregation of Solid Waste at source and handing over of segregated Solid Waste in the manner set out in these Bye-laws no later than 24 hours after the completion of the event. In case the organizers of such event wishes to avail of the services of ULB for the cleaning, collection and transport of Solid Waste generated as a result of that event, they shall apply to the concerned authority at the ULB and pay the necessary charges in advance as set out in Schedule-VII.
