Section 13: Saving of rights in certain cases

(1) Where before the date of vesting, an inamdar has created any right in any land wbcn vests in the State, other than land registered under section I or o (whether by way of lease or otherwise) including rights in any forest, mines or minerals, quarries, fisheries or ferries, the transactions shal be deemed to be valid and all rights and obligations arising or after the date of vesting, shall be enforceable thereunder, on by or against tbe Government :

Provided that the transaction was not void or illegal under a law in force at the time :

Provided also that where such right Was created in any land, unless it relates to land registered under section 7 or 8 the to do so, by notice given to tbe person COncerned, terminate the right Government may, if, in their opinion, it is in the public interest with effect from such date as may be specified in the notice, not being carlier than three months from the date thereoi.
