Section 26: Procedure for eviction and recovery of rent

(1) If the ABsistant Cowmisioner, after giving an opportunity to the tenaD show cause why an eviction order should not be made against hiid; is satisied that the tenant is liable to eviotion under the provis1ons of section 25, he may by order in writing, served on the tenadl direct him to quit the land within one mouth fronm the date of the service of the order :

Ezplanation,-In this section reasonable rent' means the rent Merined by the presoribed authority having regard to the factors apited in sub-section (3) of section 12 of the Mysore Tenancy Act, 952.
