(1) Any person aggrieved by a decisioN thirty days from the date of the decision, or such further time as the of the Deputy Commissioner under section 9, 10, 21 Or 26 may, witbin prescribed authority may for suficient cause allow, appeal to prescribed autbority and its decision shall be final, whose decision shall be final.
