Section 6: Casual Vacancies

The Karnataka. Nurses Midwives and Health visitors Rules, 1964State Rules of Karnataka · 1962

When any vacancy occurs in the office of a member of the Council from any of the constituencies referred to in sub-clause (v), (vi) or (vii) to clause (b) or in clause (c) of sub-section (2) of Section 3, it shall be filed up as soon as conveniently may be by the election or nomination of a member as the case may be.
