Out of two posts one post shall be filled by promotion and another one post shall be filled up on deputation of Group-C Official from Health & Family Welfare or Medical Education Department by a First Division Assistant with five years experience.
Provided that if no eligible candidate is available for promotions then one post shall also be filled by deputation from Health & Family Welfare or Medical Education Department
7. First Division Assistant (if on deputation on their own pay scale.
