Section 4: Employees of the Authority and their conditions of Service

The Karnataka Nursing and Paramedical Science Education (Regulation) authority Rules, 2016State Rules of Karnataka · 2013

(1) There shall be such number of posts with scale of pay as specified in column (2) of the Schedule I, their number, the method of appointment and the minimum qualification shall be as specified in column (3), (4) and (5) thereof.

(2) All rules Governing conditions of service of State Government Servants shall mutaties muttandies apply to the employees of the Authority.

Provided that the provisions of Karnataka Civil Services (Classification Control and Appeal) Rules, 1957 shall apply to the employees of the authority subject to modification specified in schedule II.
