Section 90: Marked copy of the electoral roll

The Karnataka Panchayat Raj (Conduct of Election) (Amendment) Rules, 2010.State Rules of Karnataka · 1993

Immediately before the commencement of the poll, the presiding officer shall also demonstrate to the polling agents and others present that the marked copy of the electoral roll to be used during the poll does not contain,-

(a) any entry other than that made in pursuance of rule 41; and

(b) any mark other than the mark made in pursuance of clause (b) of sub rule (2) of rule 41.
