notification Whereas the draft of the Karnataka Panchayath Raj (Zilla Panchayaths, Taluka Panchayaths and Grama Panchayaths control over Erection of BuildingsXAmendment) Model Bye-Laws, 2021 Which the Government of Karnataka proposes to make, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 316 read with the sections 64, 311,315 of Karnataka Grama Swaraj and Panchayath Raj Act, 1993 ( Karnataka 14 of 1993] was published in notification No. RDP 835 GPA 2020, dated: 03-04-2021. inviting objections and suggestions font all persons likely to be affected thereby within thirty days from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette;
And whereas, the said Gazette was made available to the public on 03.04.2021 And whereas, the objections and suggestions received in respect of the said draft have been < Now. therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 316 of the Karnataka Grama S considered by the State Government;
