Section 15: Repeal and Savings

The Karnataka Parks, Play-Fields and Open Spaces (Preservation and Regulation) Act, 1985State Act of Karnataka · Act 16 of 1985

(1) The Karnataka Parks, Play fields and Open spaces (Preservation and Regulation) Ordinance, 1984 (Karnataka Ordinance No. 19 of 1984) is hereby repealed,

(2) Notwithstanding such repeal anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act.
