Section 13: Appointment of the Commissioner

The Pilikula Development Authority Act, 2018State Act of Karnataka · Act 9 of 2018

(1) As soon as may be after the commencement of this Act, the Government shall appoint an officer belonging to senior scale of the Karnataka Administrative Service or any 14 State civil service officer not below the rank of Deputy Secretary to the Government to be the Commissioner of the Authority.

(2) The Commissioner shall receive such salary and other allowances as the Government may, from time to time, determine.
