Section 15: Appointment of Accounts Officer

The Pilikula Development Authority Act, 2018State Act of Karnataka · Act 9 of 2018

(1) The Government shall appoint an officer of the State audit and Accounts Department, not below 15 the rank of a Group A (Junior Scale) Officer to be the Accounts Officer of the Authority.

(2) The Accounts Officer shall report to the Commissioner and shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be prescribed.
