Section 19: General disqualification for services under the Authority

The Pilikula Development Authority Act, 2018State Act of Karnataka · Act 9 of 2018

(1) No person who has directly or indirectly by himself or through his partner or through his agent, any share or interest in any contract, by or on behalf of the Authority or in any employment under, by or on behalf of the Authority, 16 otherwise than as an officer or employee thereof, shall become or remain an officer or employee of the Authority.

(2) The Authority shall define roles and responsibility of each officer by creating a job chart which shall be followed along with other unforeseen works and duties assigned by the Authority from time to time. The Commissioner shall supervise the working conditions of all employees.
