Section 1: Short title, extent, commencement and application The Karnataka Ports (Landing and Shipping Fees) Act, 1961 State Act of Karnataka · Act 20 of 1961
(1) This Act may be called the 1[Karnataka]1 Ports (Landing and Shipping Fees) Act, 1961.
(2) It shall extend to the whole of the 1[State of Karnataka]1.
(3) It shall come into force on such 2[date]2 as the State Government may by notification appoint.
(4) It shall apply to all ports in the 1[State of Karnataka]1 3[x x x]3.
