Section 4: Powers and duties under this Act by whom to be exercised and performed

The Karnataka Ports (Landing and Shipping Fees) Act, 1961State Act of Karnataka · Act 20 of 1961

The levy of fees and penalties under this Act shall be made and all other powers and duties conferred and imposed by this Act or by any rules made hereunder, shall be exercised and performed by such officers and such persons as the State Government may from time to time direct in this behalf.
