Section 6: Appointment of other officers

The Karnataka Preservation of Trees Act, 1976State Act of Karnataka · Act 76 of 1976

1[The Head of the Karnataka Forest Department]1 may from time to time, appoint such other officers and servants to assist the Tree Officer as he may consider necessary who shall be subordinate to the Tree Officer.
