Section 3: Intimation of animal sacrifices in temples to be given to nearest police station

The Karnataka Prevention of Animal Sacrifices Rules, 1963.State Rules of Karnataka · 1964

A trustee, manager or servant of a temple, or a devotee or a person interested in a temple or any other person may either orally or in writing make a complaint regarding animal sacrifices in or within the precinct of Hindu temple to the officer in charge of a police station situated nearest to that temple and on receipt of such complaint or on his own motion the police officer shall take necessary action in accordance with the provision of the Act and Code.
