1[(1)] For the grant of a certificate, a fee of one rupee for each animal to be slaughtered shall be paid.
2[(2) In cases where the Competent Authority for the purpose of granting certificate under Section 5 is a registered Veterinary Practitioner working in Bangalore Animal Food Corporation or in any other Corporation or body owned or controlled by the State Government, the fee payable under sub-rule (1), shall be credited to concerned respective heads of accounts of the Corporation, or body or local authority.]
