Section 1: Short title and commencement

The Karnataka Prevention of Dangerous Activities of Bootleggers, Drug-Offenders, Gamblers, Goondas, Immoral Traffic Offenders, Slum-Grabber…State Act of Karnataka · Act 12 of 1985

(1) This Act may be called the Karnataka Prevention of Dangerous Activities of Bootleggers, Drug offenders, Gamblers, Goondas, 1 [Immoral Traffic Offenders, Slum-Grabbers and Video or Audio pirates] 1 Act, 1985.

(2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the Fifteenth day of December, 1984.
