Section 6: Invalidation of admissions made in violation of this Ordinance

The Karnataka Professional Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission and Fixation of Fee) (Special Provisions) Ordinance, 2007.State Ordinance of Karnataka · No. 28 of 2007

All admissions made in violation of the provisions of this Ordinance or the consensual arrangement or agreement by any Private Unaided Professional Educational Institutions for the academic year 2007-08 whether made before or after commencement of this Ordinance shall be invalid.

4 In case of such violation the State Government may direct the concerned university to cancel such admissions or affiliation of such institution as the case may be.
