Section 75: Penalty for conspiracy

The Karnataka Prohibition Act, 1961State Act of Karnataka · Act 17 of 1962

When two or more persons agree,-

(a)to commit or cause to be committed any offence under this Act, or

(b)to commit a breach of the conditions of a licence, permit, pass or authorisation, -each of such persons, shall, on conviction, be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to two years or with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees or with both.
