In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires,- 1) Act means The Karnataka Protection of interest of Depositors in Financial Establishments Act, 2004 (Karnataka Act. 30 of 2005):

2) Words used but not detained shall have the same meaning assigned to them in the Act.
